No. You can sign up straight away and enjoy our generous free plan. No credit card needed. Power users benefit from our paid plans, which come with a 30-day free trial

Yes. We don't enforce quarterly or yearly contracts like other tools. Superads Professional has a 30-day free trial, and after that it's billed on a monthly basis.

Superads currently uses a 7-day click, 1-day view attribution setting.

If you're using a different attribution setting on Meta (e.g. 7-day click only), that would explain the difference.

We are working on making Superads' attribution settings customizable very soon.

When you connect your ad account for the first time, it will take around 30 minutes to load the last 14 days of data, and your account should be fully synced within 1 hour. If you still don’t see any data after this period, try refreshing your dashboard. Should the issue persist, feel free to reach out to our support team for help

Access to your data is strictly limited to authorized personnel through role-based controls.
